Description du poste :

The incumbent shall be fully conversant with SAP Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), the main responsibilities are;
- Prepare plant and equipment maintenance and shutdown plans to enable them to be executed in a safe and cost effective manner within the constraints of an offshore logistical environment and limited recourses.
- Prepare a 14/30 day & 6 weeks maintenance look-a-head and location plan
- Monitor daily the preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, rescheduling work as required.
- Prepare detailed, historical, monthly management reports. 
- Oversee the input of all data into the computerized maintenance management system ensuring concise and structured reporting.
- Update SAP CMMS for maintenance inspection requirements.
- Liaise with the Maintenance Superintendent to ensure effective maintenance workload.
- Liaise with Operations, Engineering and Inspection Departments for the preparation of detailed work scope with spares and resource requirements including long lead items and vendor specialists

- Liaise with third party contractors including Vendor Engineering personnel to produce a detailed close-out report that captures all work history and provides recommendation for future improvement and records compliance to safety and environmental standards.


Well experienced on Block 03
Fully experienced on SAP
Knowledge of SNGL Process is a plus
