Location: Brussels, Belgium

With a duty of care to over 400 expatriates, Int'l Mobility team acts as businesses partner responsible the fair application amongst the Group of Solvay International Mobility policy.

Part of a 8 persons team, you will handle transversal processes:

· Follow-up of moves (departure, return, localization and amendment) as support of Int'l Mobility coordinators: agreements draw up, dashboards update, renewal follow up, Medical plan affiliation)

· Liaise with providers to forward all necessary data to properly run immigration, social security procedure, relocation …

· Manage vendors' invoices and coordinate inter-company invoicing

· Collect data for tax return when specific country requirement

· Involving in transversals projects and process review
