VIE Contract – Raw Materials Distribution and Industrial Gases- Data and Analysis Support

Job Overview and Responsibilities:

·  Support Raw Materials Distribution Globally
·  Convert negotiated quarterly tender prices into price files for SAP
·  Monitor monthly market index prices plus requests for exceptional monthly price updates from Distributors and check vs market and contract rules
·  Collect data for Tail end tender - specifications, site requirements (packages, lot sizes, ..)
·  Update Zone RMD 'flat' files - portfolio management and for Zycus iSource tender tool upload/download
·  Improve Zycus iSource functionality
·  Create / Manage Specifications storage
·  Enquiry Form Management
·  Quarterly KPI management of main distributors
·  Quarterly Reporting - e.g. progress Dashboards, visibility of data
·  Weekly update of RMD Google Site with static data - News, market updates, charts...
·  Support Industrial Gases Globally
·  Manage monthly price updates, including checking of formula vs indices
·  Contract admin in Supplier Relationship Management tool (Convergence)
·  Quarterly KPI management
·  Weekly update of IG Google Site with static data - News, market updates, charts...

Education and Experience:

·  Open to Bachelors or Masters degree
·  Purchasing degree preferred
·  Economics degree advantageous
·  Science degree recommended

Skills:

·  Good analytical skills – numbers orientated
·  Comfortable and competent with computing - agile or eager to learn software tools
·  Good English language
·  Good communication skills
·  Interest in Chemistry
·  SAP knowledge beneficial

Additional Information

About the V.I.E. (Volunteer for International Experience) contract : 
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) scheme, which is run by France Business, the French Trade Commission, allows young Europeans to work abroad for up to two years. 
The international volunteering program allows 18 to 28 year old citizens of European Economic Area member countries ((EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) to work abroad for up to 24 months. Assignments take place under the authority of the French Embassy and each volunteer benefits from specific coverage abroad. Since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
