Job Overview and Responsibilities:

As part of the Marketing, Communication and User support team of Solvay Business Services (our Global Business Services function), you will be in charge of supporting and developing communication plans for diverse team projects in Asia, as well as being the official referent for the Global Purchasing Team. 

You will be responsible for project management, presentation making, story-telling, content creation, team support, event management and internal/external channels of communication animation as described below.

Editorial:

·  Day-to day creation, management and distribution of information related to our function on our different communication channels
·  Elaboration of content, story-telling and visuals for internal communication (campaigns, newsletters, etc.)
Strategy and events:

·  Creation of upstream communication (creation, planning, execution) and downstream (KPIs, analysis, readership, etc.)
·  Organization of conventions, seminars and global meetings set in Asia both in facilitation and team-building 

Operational marketing:

·  Development and management of communication campaigns to increase customer intimacy
·  Enhancement of targeting and added value messages

Education and Experience:

With a degree in Marketing or Communication, youideally have a first experience in a matricial company, you are passionate about communication and wish to work in a technical environment.
