Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, and identify recruiting strategies
• Own and drive recruiting strategy and results for all levels of Solvay Business Services organization
• Manage full cycle recruiting process: source, interview, drive offer process, provide follow up to internal & external candidates
• Network and maintain strong relationships with candidates for short term and/or long term opportunities
• Partner with universities and manage employer branding initiatives to attract candidates
• Educate and train hiring managers on how to interview and attract talent
• Maintain clear and consistent records in our applicant tracking system
• Manage new hire follow up interviews, and own exit interview process with a feedback to management group
Desired profile
Qualifications :
• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to high volume and a fast-paced environment
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks etc.)
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills is an absolute must
• Fluent in English and Latvian
