Job Overview and Responsibilities:

· 
Accountable for coordinating productionactivities and providing administrative support to the production departments.

· 
Support Surfactants Team to meetdepartment HSE, quality, and performance goals.

· 
Support SurfactantsTeam to optimize existing processes.

· 
Accountable for coordinating productionactivities and administrative support to the production units.

· 
Assignments may include but are not limited to weeklypayroll review and approval, SOP/logsheet administration, SAP transactions, inventorytracking, cycle counts, training, and quality system support.

· 
GMP Label issuance and reconciliation, GMPlogsheet issuance and control, Lot # control, document control, and batchrecord

· 
Surfactants supply and service purchase ordergeneration, invoice review, and confirmation

· 
Support activities to meet department HSE,quality, and performance goals.

· 
Support cross functional, plant functions, andsite improvement initiatives.

· 
Ensure the site meets its critical objectives bycompleting assigned elements of the HSE, Quality and Operation Improvementplans. Support advancement initiatives in the areas of Safety, Zero Defect,and Operations Improvement through utilization of a continuous improvementculture.

Education and Experience:

· 
High school diploma required.

· 
Rely on problem solving ability to independentlysolve a complex problem or issue.

· 
Demonstrate resiliency in completing anassignment with significant time and resource constraints.

· 
Demonstrate follow through and commitment inpursuing objectives of a plan and/or the design and implementation of aprocess.

· 
Demonstrate effective on-the-job application ofnew knowledge in a short period of time.

Skills:

· 
Understanding of continuous improvementmethodologies

· 
Knowledge of quality control protocol andsystems utilized

· 
Knowledge of information systems

Knowledge of training and development programs
