Job Overview:

The Greenville Site Supply Chain Planner is responsible for short range production scheduling, Technical Stores, warehousing and order fulfillment. They are responsible for balancing and optimizing inventory levels, manufacturing asset utilization and customer delivery service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for Supply Chain Site Planning for Compounding, Resins and Tollers

• Effective Inventory management (Raw Materials, Packaging, Finished Goods, Technical Goods)

• Define, propose, and defend the local supply chain plans and budget, in alignment with the approved regional supply chain strategy.

• Accountable for Procurement including working with LPR at Alpharetta & corporate buyers

• Make recommendations on processes improvement in all areas of Supply Chain .

• Establish relationships with key Maintenance and Production Operations group to understand their work areas and requirements.

• Communicate SC planning and forecasting outlooks to the Global Planner and Business team.

• Accountable for Raw Material & Packaging Planning including procurement

• Coordinates with site teams to execute and manage the daily logistical tasks

• Execute the parameter settings and monthly cyclic count reports and reconciliations. Evaluate and supervise the compliance of standards and objectives for cycle counts and maintain accuracy to agreed Standards.

• Ensure that all warehouse operations are in compliance with Safety requirements promoting the company's safety culture, including training of assigned staff, clearly stating safety expectations, ensuring unsafe events are reviewed in a timely manner and 100% compliance with all company and governmental regulations.

• Accountable for Warehousing and Logistics at Greenville Site and 3PL Warehouse

• Monitors Key Site Performance Indicators (KPI)

o Inventory quantity and value including “Slow Moving” and “Non-Prime”

o Customer Delivery Service

o Production Asset Utilization

• Submits reports to Management and represent the Supply Chain group at Site management meetings

• Accountable for Order Fulfillment ( Customer & Replenishment orders) at 3PL Warehouse
