Job Overview and Responsibilities:

· 
Monatsabschlussverrechnungen, Margenmonitoring, Reporting, Rechnungserstellung

· 
Mitarbeit an Planungs- und Forecast Rechnungen

· 
Organisation von Inventuren und Teilnahme an der Aufnahme

· 
Mitarbeit am Jahresabschluss für die am Standort ansässigen Geschäftseinheiten

· 
Mitwirkung an Projekten

· 
Kostenstellenkontrolle und Abweichungsanalysen (auch ad-hoc) und Reporting

· 
Beantwortung von Fragen vom Auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) im Zusammenhang mit IFRS- oder HGB-Abschlüssen

· 
Beantragung Erstattung/Vergünstigungen (EEG, Konzessionsabgabe, KWKG etc.) inklusive enger Abstimmung mit Wirtschaftsprüfern

· 
Vertragsadministration und –abrechnung bestimmter Verträge (z. B. Gas, Strom)

· 
Abrechnung Nebengeschäfte mit Externe inkl. Abwicklung Versicherungsschäden

· 
Anlage von PSP-Strukturen in Abstimmung mit dem CAPEX Verantwortlichen

· 
Abrechnung und Kapitalisierung der Anlagen inkl. Nachweis der Investitionen für den Umweltschutz

·  Organisation und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Durchführungvon Anlageninventuren nach Solvay Vorgaben

Education and Experience:

abgeschlossenes kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer qualifizierten Weiterbildung im Bereich des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium

Skills:

hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe

·

gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache

· 
Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zügig zu erfassen und auch in Zeiten erhöhter Beanspruchung lösungsorientiert zu handeln

Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent

· 
Sichere MS Office Kenntnisse (besonders Excel) sowie gute SAP FI/CO, PM-Kenntnisse

·  Kenntnisse der Kontierungsvorschriften (HGB/TAX/IFRS) vorteilhaft
