RPA Business Analyst

·  Work with Solvay customers and project team to analyze and assess automation feasibility.
·  Running workshops/meetings with customers to understand the activity while assess automation potential and identifying any automation blockers 
·  Prepare detailed process documentation including Business Blueprint, UserStory, Userguide  following the RPA best practices defined
·  Build test scenarios, coordinate UAT and prepare go-live for RPA
·  Support and/or participate in project planning and RPA communication 
·  Identify and support Change Management activities related with RPA implementation

Education and Experience:

·  Degree in Engineer/Business Management/Exact Science fields
·  Previous experience in Operations (>5 years),  Process Improvement area or Business Analysis

Skills:

·  Fluent in English
·  Process orientation with strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
·  Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships
·  Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
·  Strong written and oral communication and facilitation skills
·  Team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude
·  SAP knowledge 
·  Cultural awareness
