Perform exploratory research focused on new product design and development. Propose creative technical options/solutions to address unmet market needs, customer inquiries and specific product requests. Initiate, develop, and implement technical plans to support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and processes in consultation with the other members of the Phosphorus Specialties (PS) team. Support execution of the innovation strategy and delivery of business objectives.
