Quality Engineer

Main duties :

- Administrate the NCR system, conduct initial investigation of internal and external complaint, communicate to internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely closure of related actions,

- Monitor, reinforce and communicate all customer issues and quality escapes, represent company to customers during communications / visits with responsibility to ensure/display preventive systems in place for the customer products,

- Inspect customer returned goods as a result of suspected product non-conformity,

- Liaise with suppliers regarding return and credit of non-conforming materials,

- Conduct supplier quality audits,

- Provide input into the selection of new suppliers and analyse/report on their on-going quality performance

- Provide support during customer source inspection/audits and certification body audits,

- Provide support on the site quality improvement, documentation, records and internal audits to support the aim of maintaining the QMS to meet the necessary accreditation requirements,

- Coach/instruct employees in quality assurance and non-conformance management principles,

- Monitor and report individual objectives and KPIs/metrics.

Profil recherché

Education:

Bac +3/4, background in manufacturing and quality.

Work experience :
- 3+ year experience
- Previous experience in inspection / audit / non-conformance management in manufacturing environment
- Continuous improvement background

- Knowledge of EN/AS 9100 standard
- Knowledge/experience of analysis quality tools (FMEA / 8D / 5M)
- Knowledge of aerospace customer standards
- Knowledge of composite production techniques
- Knowledge of SAP ERP system

Travel information:
- Regarding customer and supplier oriented duties, international travels are expected (5 days per month)
