Marcom Assistant

Job description

 Execute marketing events incl. exhibition, road show, customer seminars, etc., including coordinate with the host, booth designing vendor, gift vendor and logistic department;
 Assist in developing and translating the branding communication materials, including but not limited to product leaflets, catalogue, brochures and other introductive materials of Business;
 Manage sourcing and purchasing of marcom related promotion materials and monitor the stock usage;
 Manage local Internet and intranet sites;
 Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned;

Desired profile

Qualifications :

 At least 3 years' experience in marketing related position or agency background;
 Fluent in written and spoken English;
 A good communicator with the ability to deal with people effectively and with authority;
 Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
