The Tulsa OK Maintenance department has a current opening for a Maintenance Tech. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor & Maintenance Lead. This position is expected to perform work with minimal supervision while exercising good judgment and initiative. Also must be willing to work flexible shifts.

Job Overview and Responsibilities:

·  Perform daily/weekly/monthly preventative maintenance on all equipment, recognize unsafe conditions and take proper measures to correct any unsafe situations. 
·  Maintain critical parts inventory including supply and replenishment as needed.
·  Order proper parts for completion of projects and general tasks.
·  Work with multiple departments and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization on a daily basis. 
·  Work overtime and weekend work as required. 
·  Provide good crossover report to next shift.
·  Document and troubleshoot activities on a daily basis. 

Education and Experience:

·  Lock-out Tag-out knowledge  is a must 
·  A minimum of 3 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical field or combination of trade school.
·  2 years on the job experience in a similar position. 
·  Technician must be able to lift 50 pounds on regular bases. 

Skills:

·  Welding, plumbing, low voltage and PLC experience a plus.Must be a self-starter, organized and willing to grow with the company.Must be able to troubleshoot and repair plant and production equipment without direct supervision. This includes Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and temperature control equipment. Any additional equipment knowledge a plus.Able to read schematics, architectural and electrical drawings. 

Additional Information

·  Relocation is not supported with this opening 
·  Hours for this position are 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, but are subject to change and overtime as required.
