Job Overview and Responsibilities:

Under the responsibility of the Benelux HR Site Manager, the Junior HR Officer intern
will be in charge of the internship process’s management for the site (+/- 90 interns /
year):
o including posting and screening
o recruiting, interviewing, and selection of candidates
o administrative aspects / liaise with the payroll team…
o providing relevant information to the managers and interns
o onboarding
o organize and coordinate campus event for the interns
In addition, the intern will provides support for the implementation and communication of
various HR site programs and initiatives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar

Skills:

·   Ideally have experience or interest in Human Resources (staffing, learning, HR administration…
·   Proactive mindset
·  Flexible, good listener, detail oriented and organized
·  Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
·  Autonomous
·  Fluent in English, French and Dutch
·  IT skills (google application)
