The Corporate Strategic Marketing

· Helps transforming the Group in being more customer and market-centric
· Supports Solvay's Global Business Units (GBUs) as an internal advisory team. This includes 1) growing Solvay's market shares by finding new opportunities and selecting the most promising battles and 2) accelerating value capture through go-to-market strategies, business model innovations and product launches. (Marketing Excellence)
· Develops and gives trainings together with its multinational coworkers to raise marketing capabilities and skills across the group (Marketing Academy)
· Harvests and maintains premium understanding of the markets: trends, needs, ...(Market expertise)
Job Description

· Provide support to Marketing Excellence programs run in GBUs
o Perform quantitative analyses (market dynamics, pricing, ...), literature research (competition, products...) and synthesize information
o Help formalizing documents
o Work with internal Marketing Excellence team, consulting firms and GBUs stakeholders

· Foster the Marketing Academy roll-out
o Support methodology formalization and training materials creation
o Help deploying trainings companywide

· Support internal team activities (knowledge management, ...)
· Fast-paced environment; agile and small team; direct report to Strategic Marketing managers (ex strategy consultants or internal auditors)
· Unique opportunity to learn corporate dynamics
· Based in Paris head office (+ possible occasional travel to other Solvay sites)

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

·  Bac+4/5 with Marketing / Business / Engineering background (top results)
·  Passionate – demonstrates enthusiasm
·  Fast learner
·  Above average analytical skills, ability to understand complex technological topics
·  Strong organization and time management skills; details oriented
·  Very strong communication and presentation skills
·  Team player
·  Computer literate (Excel / Power point)
·  English, French a plus
