Job Overview and Responsibilities:

Partner with leaders of each function to provide strategic support on people and career development, assisting in building strong talent pipelines and managing recruitment; building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business; analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR counterparts to develop solutions; provide day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions including employee relations issues; conduct ongoing supply and demand analysis on current and future staffing and skills needs and design talent acquisition strategies; perform talent acquisition for client base; implement HR policies and business initiatives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field and 2 years of experience in job offered or HR Generalist for Remote Locations, or similar position that must include responsibility for remote locations.

Skills:

Background in education, training or experience must include proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles and practices of HR including employment law and compliance requirements; proven knowledge of full life cycle recruiting components to include sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, selling and wage/salary trends; proven acuity in MS Office Suite, Internet and database management; two years of experience must involve supporting remote location(s).
