First, let us describe what we do in Solvay's Excellence Center. We work in-hand-in with our major business units to drive excellence in their day to day operations. From Manufacturing & Energy, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, to Demand Management and last but not least Digital. We are a group of around 85 FTE and the “Talent Incubator” at Solvay. Our mission is to boost the career and development of our people. Typically people join the Excellence center for 2-3 years, work on various and diverse projects to get exposure with different businesses, and then when the moment is right move into one of Solvay's business units.
