Job Overview and Responsibilities:
Preferred candidate will w
ork with business stakeholders to understand key performance indicators (KPI), dashboard / reporting requirements, and overall project timelines

Plan appropriately to meet project timelines • Lead dashboard development and process documentation

Lead execution of future state iterations of visual management strategy 

Develop and maintain data governance standards within the dashboards

Track dashboard user performance, quality, and reliability

Work with business to decommission or migrate individually owned legacy reports to standard centralized dashboards

Provide business stakeholders and senior management with updates regarding dashboard use cases and project timelines

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree 

3-5 years of Dashboard Development, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or Data Modeling

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Computer Information Systems  

Skills:

Operational Excellence (OPEX), Six Sigma and / or other Lean experience 

Hands-on experience with SAP systems and data visualization / analytical tools such as Tableau, SQL, Excel, Google, or Access

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent time management, prioritization skills, and process management 

Strong communications skills. Must be able to communicate to all levels of the organization
