Job Overview and Responsibilities:

Purpose:
To provide effective and timely coating process operation to all internal/external customers of Specialty Polymer Business of China, to manage coating lab and be responsible for lab maintenance. 

Vacancy description:

•To provide the coating processing service to all the CTD, R&I, etc. for SPP at China.
•To involve and provide design and optimization of coating solutions timely and effectively.
•To update/ communicate / report the coating test results within the whole team.
•To manage coating lab equipment and maintenance of lab facility.
•To support coating lab cleanup and avoid safety issue.

Education and Experience:

Experience:

•At least two-year working experience in the field of coating processing. 
•Business understanding of paint and coating material in application and development.
•Fluent in Chinese + English and ability to communicate in both languages locally.
•Be familiar with safety procedures and rules 
•Able to work and communicate clearly with internal and external.
•Be open, self-confidence and great team work spirit.
•Strong desires for success, self-motivated, proactively looking for new challenges.

Education:
More than high school
