Cash Collection Officer

Job description

We are seeking a Cash Collection Officer to look after the Collection function for Asia pacific zone and the person will be responsible for continuous improvement and positive customer experiences. Reporting to Cash Collection Team Leader, the incumbent will support Customer Credit &Trade operations (CC&T) Asia Pacific team to ensure both qualitative and quantitative customers' payments and related matters. In addition, the person will play a key role in supporting organizational portfolio changes.
