Novecare develops and produces formulations that alter the properties of liquids. It offers solutions to the oil and gas industry using an extensive range of surface chemistries combined with applications expertise. Novecare also provide specialty solutions for certain industrial applications, agricultural, and coatings markets.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

Mission Role:

 

Maximize sales and profitability of our Oil & Gas Sector, through:

· 
Delivery of opportunity pipe regionally on all product lines (and liaison with product management) 

· 
Delivery of Special Formulations Roadmap regionally (in terms of ICM) 

· 
Identification and management of regional operational marketing programs for Oil & Gas (ex: communication and promotion of different marketing projects; organization of trade shows), aligned with the global marketing plan 

Main atributions:

· 
Identification, recommendation and quantification of new regional Oil & Gas business opportunities 

· 
Customer interface to roll out Oil& Gas Innovation Roadmaps regionally

· 
Technical sales support – formulations, product customization, etc. – via liaising with functions 

· 
Definition of actions to ensure the competitive roadmap on regional products

· 
Organization of HSE (health, safety & environment) documentation and certificates 

· 
Participation in the development of a global Oil & Gas marketing team

· 
Assistance in the analysis of share of wallet for customers to assess customer potential

· 
Provision of insight towards market intelligence (including competitive analysis)

Education and Experience

Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Oil Engineering

Strong Technical knowledge in formulations, product customization

Experience in the Oil & Gas products area

Skills

English and Spanish - Advanced level
