Job Overview and Responsibilities:

Position will be responsible for routine and non-routine task associated with machine set-up primarily on the creel.  This position will be task with improving safety, quality and the reduction of change over time involved in production.  In addition to ensuring creel cleanliness for improved productivity.  Other items as assigned but not limited to:

·  Must demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures
·  Must demonstrate the ability to drive and operate a forklift as well as manual and automatic pallet jacks
·  Must be able to perform basic preventive maintenance in the creel
·  Will be responsible for removing hoppers
·  Will set-up and prepare for changeovers
·  Must maintain a safe work environment
·  Must be punctual and work scheduled days as required for acceptable attendance and have the ability to work overtime as scheduled
·  Must have the ability to communicate clear and concise to all levels of the organization 
·  Will be required to inform Production Unit Manager of any policy or rule violations
·  Adherence to policies is required
·  Assist others as requested 

Education and Experience:

Minimum of a GED and two years of manufacturing work experience.
