Wir suchen einen Arbeitsvorbereiter (m/w/d) im Bereich „Instandhaltung“ im Werk Bad Wimpfen. Das Werk in Bad Wimpfen, eines der größten deutschen Solvay-Werke, gehört zu der Global Business Unit Special Chem und produziert Fluorspezialitäten u.a. für die Auto- und Elektronikindustrie sowie für Arznei- und Pflanzenschutzmittel.

Job Overview and Responsibilities:

•Sicherstellung sämtlicher Prüfungen aller Arbeitsmittel und Anlagenteile im Bereich der Elektrotechnik unter Einhaltung der festgelegten Prüffristen 
•Erstellung von Wartungs- und Inspektionsplänen in SAP
•Führen der Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsdokumentation in SAP
•Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Equipments und Stücklisten in SAP
•Beauftragung von Fremdfirmen
•Erarbeiten der Arbeitspakete pro Auftrag
•Vorbereiten der erforderlichen Arbeitserlaubnisse
•Systematische Analyse der Arbeitsaufträge und erarbeiten von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in Bezug auf Effizienz und Effektivität
•Vertretung der Kollegen in der Arbeitsvorbereitung

Education and Experience:

•Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Elektrotechnik 
•Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

Skills:

•Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

•Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von SAP-PM 
•Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office und Google Mail werden vorausgesetzt
