Job description



Responsibilities

TSU A & C provides support to Front office(booking and allocations) for amending the trades as per the request.

Follow- up with IB for any trades failed to settle.

Monitoring CTM and sending mails for mismatched/unmatched trades to IB's.

Resolving FX- Discrepancies and amending trades in X-one.

Resolving back office queries for any trades yet to settle/failing trades due to any issues.

Liaising with Static team to create the sub-account and update the SSIs of clients.

Sending reports to Issuing Brokers (IB) on failed trades

TSU B & A provides support to Introducing Brokers and Institutional clients for booking the trades as per their request

Follow- up with IB/IC for any missing files

Resolve IB queries and provide them information on Unallocated trades

Liaising with Static team,KYC and On-Boarding team to On-Board new clients or IB's.

Resolving FX- Discrepancies on T Day.

Monitoring positions on EDMWAL and EDMGUL books and see that both the books are flat by EOD, if any issues SG traders have to be informed

Liaising with internal teams and helping them on any issues especially CSU (client Support team).
