The Fixed Income & Currencies business line offers multi-asset, multi-product services to a wide array of client types including Banks, Asset Managers, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Leveraged Investors, Sovereigns, Corporates, Local Authorities and SMEs.

With sales and trading staff in four main hubs (Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong) and 13 local platforms, we target four areas of product expertise: Rates, Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange and Credit.

Supported by extensive research, trading and e-commerce capabilities, our Fixed Income platform provides clients with expert advice and strategy, flow information, competitive pricing and seamless execution

Mission

Main Responsibilities

·  Assist with Client onboarding internal processing (including Funds on-boarding on daily basis)
·  Assist with reporting and deal statistics
·  Assist with after trade deal and system management
·  Prepare trade ideas and presentations
·  Help with any other Sales administration tasks from time to time

Desired profile

Profile

Qualifications

·  Hold a relevant Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Finance or similar
·  Proficient in MS Office, including VBA
·  Proficient and be able to perform numerous tasks rapidly and with reliability
·  Fluent in English is mandatory, with Cantonese or Mandarin being a plus
This is a fixed term 12 month Trainee contract with Societe Generale. You will form part of the team on a full time basis. In order to apply for the Trainee position please ensure you have completed your qualification and will be available to work full time for the duration of the Trainee contract.
