Job description



Responsibilities

• Work under pressure and fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and ensure the daily operation is smooth.

1. Very good understanding of Microssoft Skype.
2. Architecture design capabilities for Skype Infrastructure platform.
3. Basic knowledge of Exchange and AD platform.
4. Strong experience on Skype Infrastructure and it's monitoring tools.
5. Work experience on - Configuration, Secure , Lync integration
6. DHCP, DNS, Wins, Active Directory knowledge is a must.
8. Expert troubleshooting techniques in networking (Skype & Voice routing areas).
7. Video Conference device integration techniques.
8. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Perform periodic house cleaning tasks.
• Work with cross functional infrastructure teams to setup, mange and administration of EUS infrastructure.
• Participate in Audits and provides appropriate information
• Participate in EUS infrastructure project and executes as per the project schedule
• Participate in appropriate regional activities / discussions / projects and meetings'

Profile Required
