Our interventions (studies ,projects) within RISK cover in particular:

§ The definition and management of the transformation trajectory

§ Improving operational efficiency

§ Securing our processes

§ Promoting innovation and developing new managerial practices

§ Knowledge development

§ Accelerating the integration of new technologies

§ Management of RISK project portfolio
