Responsibilities

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

The incumbent will be responsible for delivery of various MIS reports and supporting onshore and offshore GLBA/CRE team on agreed deliverables

Preparing reports for portfolio monitoring including limit overshoots, obligor risk ratings dashboard, annual review deadlines, sector exposure, covenant compliance, Watch List, Leverage lending, Wrong Way Risk etc.

Preparing KPI reports for portfolio managed by CRE (for e.g. Perform Limit uploading and Rating proposal on Internal Systems/applications)

Assisting the CRE analysts in the region with the processing of credit applications

Update and monitor covenant compliance for the portfolio and prepare periodic dashboards

Circulating the quarterly dashboard for identifying names to be potentially watch-listed

Preparing collateral report for accounts managed by CRE

Reconciling internal systems to ensure accuracy of exposure data

Coordinating with credit analysts in order to gather all “declicc” calculations. Providing COO department with a monthly computation of all SUE and all multiples.

Coordinating with credit analysts on overshoots and preparing periodic dashboards.

Formating and circulating information to appropriate CRE teams with the implementation of the new defination of default (NDOD)

Participating in ad-hoc projects requested by CRE Regional Head

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, global standards and industry best practices

Profile Required

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Good understanding of lending terminology, commercial & investment banking products and legal documentation

Good knowledge of finance and accounting fundamentals

Advanced MS Excel skills (including Macros & VB) with experience in developing macros

Experience in data querying and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) would be preferred
Knowledge of 3rd party information sources like S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, SNL etc

The CAD team plays a key role within GLBA/CRE managing all department reporting, legal documentation filing, data integrity, and performing all Permanent Supervision controls. The Bangalore GLBA/CRE team supports onshore GLBA/CRE teams with credit analysis and reporting tasks. The incumbent will work under the supervision of the Lead Analyst – Credit Admin
