Sales assistant -VIE-Dubai

Job description

Responsibilities

·  VIE shall act as sales analyst for the MARK team in Dubai, across the different BLs, FIC, IFD, PRM and XAS.
·  Handle KYC requests, both externally (gather documentation, talk to clients, etc.) and internally (launch AOfs, etc.)
·  Speak/trade with clients under Sales supervision (and as their back-up) and confirm internally for
·  Cash bonds
·  Repo/reverse repo
·  IRS
·  FX
·  SPs
·  Handle pricing requests and interact with clients in that regard (under Sales supervision and as their back-up)
·  Handle marketing presentations and interact with clients in that regard (under Sales supervision and as their back-up)
·  Access booking systems

Profile Required

Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering school or University, majoring in Finance.

A previous experience in Investment Banking would be appreciated.

You are fluent in English.

You are proficient in Office application

The VIE will be able to benefit from an extensive knowledge across different products and business lines, talk to clients, follow-up on projects, and more generally get a wide experience that would enable him to apply for a MARK sales assistant, with a choice of different BLs involved.

Candidate will be assisting various sales, and needs to be very disciplined on how handling their back-up.

Candidate needs to be focused, know how to prioritise, and not get diluted as he/she will be working with a sizeable team.

Candidate needs to know how to talk to clients, and follow-up with them on ongoing projects, under sales supervision and as their back-up

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Dubai is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com .
