Job description



Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the Operational Risk Officer in Bangalore will be:

·  Act as Level 1 Controls Coordinator :
·  On GPS Controls -> mainly consisting of chasing the performers on GPS controls, sending the different reports, administrating GPS and SP controls, issuing KRI on GPS completeness,
·  On Anti-Fraud Controls -> mainly consisting of chasing the justifiers and validators on escalations of FBK alerts, issuing KRI on FBK anomalies and escalated alerts, generating the second-level check report
·  To produce various reporting on time such as sending reports to External Auditors & Trustee on Breaches and Incidents, sending KRI dashboard, CTL reports and so on (this list is not complete)
·  Participate to the Bangalore incident committee and manage the analysis of operational incidents and losses as well as the validation of proposed action plans from operational teams in order to prevent new incidents.

The Operational Risk Officer in Bangalore will also be in charge of promoting risk culture as well as good practices to operational teams in Bangalore, in collaboration with the Risk Operational team in Paris.

The Operational Risk Officer in Bangalore will also participate to the team meeting with Risk Operational teams in Paris.

Profile required

·  Knowledge on Asset Management.
·  Knowledge on financial products, valuation (NAV process).
·  Idea on ETF, FOF, Structure product
·  Excellent interpersonal skills while dealing with various stakeholder
·  Strong oral & written communication skills
·  Good documentation skills
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
