Responsibilities

Resource Management

·  Define and implement an effective Staff Plan management process involving all GBSU stakeholders and partners
·  Manage the monthly headcount monitoring of actual and projected compared to the budget
·  Provide GBSU ExCo Managers with additional Headcount KPIs to help them better envision their organization
·  Conduct analysis to reduce costs and improve efficiency / optimization of staff management
·  Ensure global coordination with Paris on any Resource Management related questions
·  Assist in the preparation of the annual budget exercise and forecast analysis

Performance reporting / presentations for senior management:

·  Coordinate collection of information to prepare ad hoc presentations for senior management
·  Draft presentations so it clearly gives the message senior management wants to convey
·  Enhance reporting platform to efficiently and consistently deliver key messages and indicators across all of COO Pilotage activities

As part of the COO/PIL in AMER:

·  In conjunction with the head of COO Pilotage in the Americas, ensure that the team strategy and objectives are delivered, with a focus on client services and efficiency
·  Contribute to organizational / cross-functional / span of control projects
·  Help in staff planning needed for space location moves

Experience Needed:

·  Minimum 3+ yrs experience in financial budget and forecast analysis particularly on expenses
·  Presentations and interactions with senior management

Desired / Plus:

·  Worked in an international environment, complex matrix organization

Educational Requirements:

·  BS Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent.

Languages: (Other than English)

·  Knowledge of French language is a plus

Responsibilities:

Department Summary:

The COO Pilotage Support team closely supports the GBSU COO in AMER and its Executive Committee (ExCo) and is responsible for:

·  Resource management & monitoring from the budget process through the monthly closing processes (Human Resources, Finance) to the strategic GBSU decisions in terms of location strategy and sourcing mix (~1,500 staff)
·  Performance reporting including management status updates and presentations to GBSU Executive Committees, both locally and globally; clients, both internally (Front Office, Finance, Human Resources, Audit) and externally (Regulators)

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In general, this role requires the person to organize and manage their priorities and tasks as efficiently as possible to provide high quality treatment with respect to staff and cost monitoring, ensures that the team contributes to customer service quality, reduction of costs and process enhancements.
