Responsibilities

Description of the Business Line or Department

The candidate will join the Marketing Team for Global Markets, part of the Sales Department, within the Global Markets Division of SGCIB. The team provides all stakeholders with the tools to better serve clients:

- Providing Fixed Income & Equity sales, as well as the Research teams, with tools to ensure proper client understanding of our investment and hedging solutions: product presentations, educational brochures and videos, sales trainings, digital tools.

- Helping structurers to convey their product ideas with sales: internal communication emails, internal product trainings, product presentations

- Deploying new digital tools internally and externally to simplify sales life and provide more interactive marketing tools to clients

Summary of the key purposes of the role

· 
Assisting sales & research teams in in providing tools for their financial & corporate clients: marketing materials, videos, digital tools, surveys

· 
Assisting the marketing team in organizing client events as well as internal events

· 
Ensuring correct regulatory standards of any client facing materials alongside compliance and legal teams

Summary of responsibilities

· 
Assisting sales & research teams in providing a high-quality service for their clients to improve their experience and understanding of the products we provide via presentations, videos, digital tools and events

· 
Drafting marketing presentations, brochures, factsheets for fixed income & equity products

· 
Helping the marketing team in organizing client events: drafting the agenda, client invitations, creation and monitoring of the event on specialized platforms

· 
Master the use of our internal video studio to produce research & sales videos and editing them using video editing software

· 
Organize internal product trainings for sales

· 
Coordinate various projects with different departments within Global Markets

· 
Ability to learn quickly and implement new digital tools (video editing, website management, marketing newsletters)

Level of Autonomy and Authority

All marketing production will be reviewed by a permanent member of the team

Profile Required

Competencies

·

· 
Collaborative work style to effectively interact with partners within the bank

Excellent command in spoken & written English (all presentations, brochures are written in English)

Keen interest in digital marketing and sales tools

Keen interest in financial markets - previous marketing experience in Financial institutions an advantage

· 
Writing and presentation skills

· 
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· 
Teamwork

· 
Ability to work under pressure

WORK EXPERIENCE

A first experience (internship) in a marketing role within a financial institution would be desirable

EDUCATION

Higher Education is a prerequisite. A Degree in Business Studies, Economics or any Science Degree is preferable

LANGUAGES

Fluent English

French is a plus
