The Information Technology Department (ITEC) provides and maintains IT solutions to support the business and the growth of it. To strengthen our Production Governance, we are looking for a V.I.E. to join the team. The successful candidate will join the transversal Production (PRD) department as the IT Service Management Specialist, focusing on the steering of IT Production Processes. He/she will also have opportunities to manage IT Projects and be involved in Major Incident Management of IT.
Mission
Your role
Be the IT Service Management Specialist in China ITEC / PRD team, which is managing the production of all local China applications. The candidate is expected to work closely with the regional transversal PRD team to steer the IT production processes of China and put in place a strong framework to monitor the production in China. He / she will also be actively involved in Major Incident Management process of China.
Be familiar with ITIL Framework for IT teams in Asia and promote its adaptation via training & education to others
Active participation in the Steering & Reporting of IT Production Governance for China
Propose Improvement on the Steering & Reporting with innovative ideas, while realizing these improvements via Technical approach (Automation & Tools Enhancement) and / or Process Simplification etc
Be Technically & Functionally familiar with Global Tools used for IT Production Governance in Asia
Be part of the Major Incident Management team for ITEC China and be responsible for all Major Incident Communication for ITEC China
Help to drive different initiatives / projects in China for ITEC / PRD to secure the production and improve the production efficiency
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Beijing is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com.
Profile
Your profile
You are graduated with a Master degree from Engineering or Business School or University.
Ideally you are familiar with ITIL Process and have good communication and project management skills.
You have basic infrastructure knowledge on Linux OS, Database, Network
You are fluent in English and French.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and VBA.
