Mission
Summary of the key purposes of the role

The successful candidate will join the Central Production department as an analyst supporting the execution and improvement of ITIL-based Service Management processes (including but not limited to Release, Problem, Incident and Configuration Management), providing progress reports and assisting the deployment of IT Service Management tools.

Summary of responsibilities

Supporting the execution and improvement of ITIL-based Service Management processes (including but not limited to Release, Problem, Incident and Configuration Management), providing progress reports and assisting the deployment of IT Service Management tools.
Assist in the coordination of project delivery within the Service Management department.
Provide support on day-to-day operations supporting Release, Problem, and Crisis processes
Execute monitoring and auditing of processes, produce performance and exceptions dashboards to support organizational roles and strategies.
Contribute to the team continuous improvement through communication, documentation and automation

Profile

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Montreal is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.

Required:
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills, working across multiple stakeholders and functions
Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a very dynamic environment, with rapidly changing priorities.
Rigorous, Dynamic, detail oriented, fast learning capacity and able to work in a high-pressure environment
MS Office Suite

Nice to have:
Understanding of development cycles: SDLC, Agile, Continuous delivery
ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Microstrategy),
VBA
SQL
