Established in 28 locations worldwide with around 4.000 employees, Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) provides institutional clients, brokers and retail clients with a comprehensive range of securities services across all asset classes. SGSS Frankfurt offers settlement, custody and trustee services to German and International Funds and Institutional clients.

In the Sales Support team you will assist sales forces in their commercial activities. You will also act as a relay for SGSS Commercial departments in deploying transversal initiatives aimed at strengthening SGSS sales efficiency. By conducting frequent and relevant analysis, you will contribute to shed light on commercial performance.

You will be responsible for:
Strengthening SGSS coverage toward Key Clients and Prospects, e.g. by coordinating respective activities and by monitoring certain processes jointly with and upon guidance from the sales team,
Contributing to Request For Proposals (RFPs) together with the responsible sales persons & GSF colleagues; this includes coordinating internal players, defining retro planning, directly answering to standard questions, producing final answers and preparing oral presentations and due diligence
Producing and analyzing key performance indicators (client meetings, NBI, pipeline, etc.) that will be circulated to the other departments and SGSS executive management
Conducting market research and support the Sales team by liaising with Business Development and operations units to facilitate the production of pitch presentations for client meetings.
Preparing a participate to internal account planning exercises for strategic accounts/clients
Supporting the sales teams and the Legal Department throughout the formalisation of the contract with our Clients / Prospects.
Organizing client days and commercial campaign events.

Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering school or University, majoring in Business Management.
A previous experience in sales, customer relationship or IT/CRM platforms, and/or project management gained through internships would be appreciated.
You are fluent in English and good German skills are mandatory. Knowledge of French language is an advantage .
You are proficient in Office application.

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Franckfurt is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.
