Business Analyst - MIS Reporting

Responsibilities

·  This role part of the CLIC Metrics team which is responsible for managing the full scope of Metrics/MI for AMER CLIC
·  Participate in Global initiatives, provide input for project planning, requirements, status updates and participate in working groups
·  Establish automated metrics, dashboards, and scorecards using PwerBI, MS Access, Excel, Business Objects and other reporting tools
·  Performs and Coordinate data cleansing, de-duplication and harmonization of data
·  Gather and understand business requirements to adjust functional specifications of metrics tools
·  Clearly communicate the relevant insight or ‘story' the data reveals in a composition that is grouped, summarized, or formatted to be easily understood and actionable
·  Gather and prepare current / historical data points for various analyses for audit/compliance team
·  Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with minimal supervision
·  Perform other tasks as assigned with a ‘can do' attitude
·  Generate metrics efficiently in a timely fashion while ensuring data integrity

Profile Required

·  Minimum 5 years' experience in metrics environment and ability to create advanced reports using MS Access, Excel, VBA and SharePoint
·  Experience with developing reports, including visualization, parameters, and report optimization
·  Be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities
·  Strong problem solving and organizational skills
·  Ability to prioritize and multitask
·  Proactive
·  Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment
·  Team player
·  Ability to work independently
