Responsibilities

During your VIE mission you will, among others:

·  Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams; analyze and document business requirements and suggest design solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement;
·  Work closely with GTB Project Manager to achieve GTB Transformation and change projects;
·  Conduct test plans and execution as well as participating in business requirement definition and functional requirements;
·  Assist with Reporting and tracking of the project status, expenses and budget;
·  Draft and maintain end-user documentation;
·  Support the COO team with data analysis and reporting automation, as well as other requests if needed.

Profile Required

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in New York City is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, open to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information, please see www.civiweb.com .

Your profile

Graduate from an Engineering school, Business School or University with a Master's Degree preferably in an business management or in an IT-related field.

Prior experience as project manager or business analyst is required.

You are fluent in English.

You are proficient with Microsoft Office and data analytics.

·  Organizational and time management skills, experience in managing projects is an advantage

·  Client driven and focus
·  Prior exposure to Banking/Financial industry
·  Experience in International environment
