Responsibilities

The Lyxor Portfolio Analysis and Controls Team perform various checks and controls in ensuring the NAV delivered by the Fund administrator is accurate. This role has a close working relationship with The Fund administrator and Middle Office in Paris. The Role requires being familiar with dedicated asset management processes, good knowledge on fund structure & accounting topics and will be responsible for performing various controls in the NAV process.

The Team member should also contribute to the creation of a work environment where people from diverse cultures and backgrounds work together effectively

Profile Required

The role incumbent, as PE supporting APAC/EMEA in Valuations.

Main responsibilities:

·  Valuation of specific portfolios (ETF, structured funds and Hedge funds)
·  Analyze cash and asset positions breaks and communicate with the administrator and the custodian for resolution
·  Be able to challenge the fees calculation on the portfolios
·  Enhance and implement projects and procedures working towards automation of platform/processes
·  Respond promptly & effectively to client requests
·  Keep reporting Managers and team informed through active communication until issues are resolved

Transversal responsibilities

·  Ability to work under pressure and multiple deadlines
·  Ensure all alerts, issues and escalations are informed to direct reporting manager on a timely basis
·  Work closely with superiors on various projects
·  Escalate relevant and critical issues to management and all necessary stakeholders in a timely manner
·  Demonstrate commitment to personal development & willingness to learn new systems, concepts & expand domain knowledge
·  Individual who takes initiative & ownership of assigned responsibilities
·  Establish and maintain good working relationships with third parties and colleagues, communicating effectively through formalized reporting and ad hoc liaison
·  To proactively and effectively establish a level of client knowledge ensuring all requirements are met and allow the team build the relationship further.
·  Consistently prioritize team goals above individual goals
