Test Manager

Job description

We are searching for an experienced test manager with responsibilities:

·  Setting-up and leading of the new System testing team
·  Definition of testing strategies and testing plans 
·  Definition of processes and tools for efficient test coverage and execution
·  Controlling, steering and reporting of test activities 
Expected qualification:

·  Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or related field
·  3 years of professional experience in test management and team leadership
·  Knowledge of test management processes
·  Experience with test automation
·  Agile mindset, pro-active attitude, team player
·  Managerial skills
·  Ability to accept ownership for the quality assurance
·  English in speaking and writing
Beneficial qualification (any of mentioned below is welcome):

·  ISTQB
·  Knowledge of DevOps approach, Docker and Kubernetes technologies

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2500€ brutto /month + VAR*
