What are my responsibilities?

· Contract & Supplier Management
· Generate new value for driving the Contracts
· Ensure renewal of all contracts before expiry
· Update and maintain all contracts in Contract Management Tool
· Support Contract Management activity for the whole organization
· Supplier Management
· Support and drive Supplier Management Process
· Preparation of all monthly/quarterly reports to SCM management, cluster and Siemens AG
· Perform annual supplier evaluation for Travel Services, Fleet Management, Medical Health Insurance, Jarir Book Store in coordination with respective Category Leads
· Support Hotel Management activity for the whole organization
· Fully drive vendor creation process for the whole organization
· Supporting the Professional Services Process
· Support in achieving the CNI Target
· Manage, qualify and approve more than 2,000 suppliers for the whole organization, ensuring to secure optimum quality, price and commercial terms and conditions.
· Governance, development and implementation of purchase to pay processes and guidelines.
· Overseeing Contract Management, Supplier Management and Risk Management initiatives.
· Strategize with cross-functional business units and local management to identify and develop proper resources, and ensure compliance with corporate and country regulations.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· BS or BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
· Typically 2-3 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

What do I need to know?

· Projectexecution and accounting know-how
· Fluent English and very good Arabic skills is highly appreciated
· Excellent time management &organization skills
