Your mission and responsibilities:

主要从事PCBA产品测试和不良板的诊断分析及返修；主管安排的其它工作等。

1.服从管理及高效达成安排的工作任务。

2.严格按照作业指导书和规定的测试指令和程序准备和执行测试。​​

3.确保测试符合规定的测试参数并根据实际情况作出适当的调整。​​​

4.进行测试运行，并在必要时对故障进行分析和维修。​​​

5.确保按公司流程、IPC-A-610-E标准及其它相关文件要求办事，

6.交付优质合格产品给到客户；良好的品质意识及品质事件的跟进和改善。

7.定期维护测试夹具和做好5S。

8.培训和指导新来的PCBA测试技术员。

Your qualifications and experiences:

1年或以上PCBA测试和诊断维修的经验.

有相关电子电路基础及数字电路基础知识，可以看电路图并进行故障分析和诊断维修.

会使用相关仪器仪表，如：示波器、网络分析仪、信号发生器、数字万用表等.

会使用相关返修工具，如：电烙铁、热风枪、BGA返修台等.
