Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that Q-Navigator_PLM is strictly followed by project team and all quality requirements are fulfilled.
2. Work closely with project team and participate in the review and evaluation on relevant documentation coming from different project stage.
3. Monitor change control process is properly followed for design or manufacturing process change.
4. Support customer complaint investigation process.
