Job Description
SPA Procurement C ontroller 西门子电力自动化 采购控制（南京）
What are my responsibilities?
1. Vendor master data maintenance monitor, responsible for data accuracy & transparency (Unit: suppliers).
2. Supplier performance evaluation in SCMSTAR tool (initial and release supplier evaluation, also check and review assessment scores), Supplier SQ & DPO status check & review in SCMCoRe & SCMSTAR.
3. Make procurement report and insure report on time & data transparency, Procurement KPI (e.g. CNI, CTG, GVS, eAuctions, DPO etc.) & input to OnePumaWeb , SCM CoO & FTE actual and budget reporting & input to ADSTAR tool.
4. Reports to HQ,SIdivision, SPA top management.
5. Procurement data download and analysis from SCMCoRe/SCMSTAR & make calculation.
6. Vendor Contract and & Procurement files archive.
7. Team assistant & OneSRM key user.
8. DA assessment & check list fill out, also input to R/IC tool.
9. VAM, MCP, PPC& CTG collection and input to OPW.
10. Productivity & NCC coordinator under DG BU LC and data collection/analysis also reported to DG HQ.
11. Factory NJ KPI reporting and new template uploaded to PRC tool.
12. NTR, Rework rate, PTE & throughput time etc. new KPI review & analysis in process mining tool.
What do I need to qualify?
1. English communication skill (oral & written)
2. Office software skill (excel), Familiar with SAP and OneSRM.
3. Procurement or controlling Working experience: 2-3 years.
