Job Description

• Participate on teams comprised of Project Managers, Solution Architects and other Solution Engineers.
• Deliver solutions to customers in line with ITIL and/or industry best practice.
• Functional knowledge of Smart Grid applications and operations, preferably EnergyIP® Platform and EnergyIP Prepay solutions.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and delivery reports.
• Work with the Service management function to ensure key SLAs are met for provisioning and support.
• Ensure progress updates are provided as required where service issues are identified.
• Assist the team where required by actively liaising with Partners/Customers to deliver high quality service and support.
• Ensure operational procedures and practices are documented and consistently applied.
• Knowledge in Data Analytics and Visualization.
• Contribute to the on-going development of the Managed Services Support function by sharing knowledge, experience and expertise with other team members.
• Implement and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
• Be a team player and individual contributor as business demands.
• Working with complex data sets used for monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and/or policy recommendations.
