The Challenge
· Design for multiple projects in substation design and have deep understanding of customer specification for several customers in India and abroad.
· Working with switchgear products (circuit breakers (LV, MV & HV), GIS, instrument transformers, disconnectors), power transformers, control & protection systems, EHV cabling.
· Working in a Multicultural environment.
· Meeting delivery requirements of quality and time.
· Willingness to travel.
· Interaction with multiple cross-functional teams.
The Candidate
· Someone who is a BE/B.Tech (Electrical Engineer) with 3 - 8 years' experience
· Someone who have hands-on experience in design and engineering for Substations (AIS/GIS)
· Someone who have hands-on experience with leading engineering tools / software for substation design.
· Someone who possesses sound technical knowledge and in depth understanding of international and Indian Standards
· Someone who have experience of working on FACTS projects and overseas projects in an international team environment will have an added advantage.
· Someone who possess analytical ability and problem solving skills.
· Someone who have good communication and team skills.

This role is based in Gurgaon, where you'll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the shape of things to come.
