EM PU Sales Engineer in Jinan(能源管理集团电网北方区山东省销售)

Goals/Mission(目标/任务)

He/She will be responsible for building and maintaining current customer relationships within his/her assigned accounts.(发展和维护其现有其负责客户关系)

Tasks(任务)

· Business development activities and local marketing strategies for assigned accounts.(就负责的客户,有明确的业务发展计划和市场策略)
· Develop existing and new opportunities as necessary to achieve assigned sales and other targets.(完成分配的销售任务)
· Work closely with internal teams to develop opportunity strategy, implement the plan and report the results.(与所属团队紧密合作,制定项目策略,完成行动计划并汇报相应结果)
· Support Regional Sales Manager to present risk assessment and contract documentation for management approval, as required, to support new business.(如需要,向区域经理提供对新业务的开展所需的风险评估和合同文本,供管理层批准)
· Ability to negotiate and obtain customer agreement on commercial terms and conditions within acceptable company parameters.(就公司商务条款与客户协商并得到客户的认可和同意)
· Support Regional Sales Manager in collaboration with different OCs, identify future business opportunities, market trends, and competitor assessments.(配合区域经理与不同的工厂对未来的业务机会,市场趋势和竞争对手进行评估分析)
· Coordinate with cross functional departments and external partners, as necessary.(如必要,需与内部相关部门和外部合作伙伴合作)
· Update and maintain market information within his/her assigned accounts.(更新和维护其负责的客户的市场信息)

Knowledge

· Bachelor Degree, prefer in Engineering or Business field.(学士学历,工科或商学优先)
· Fluent in English, both oral and written, is prefer(流利的英语口语和书写能力)
· Skillful in Excel, PPT and Word is prefer(EXCEL, PPT和Word应用能力)

Experience(经验)

· 1-3years of successful experience in HV/MV electrical equipment sales or development within the China Power T&D, Power Generation and Industry & Infrastructure Sectors(在电力高压/中压产品领域有1-3年的工作经验)

· Ability to understand the customer’s perspective and align product and service offerings to meet customer needs.(理解客户的需求,整合产品和相应服务,提供客户需求的报价方案)
