Introduction

For SLC EM,LP BU WA segment is looking for a sales office manager in Changsha.

What are my responsibilities?

1.WA sales manager inChangshaoffice, responsible for WA business to achieve strong position and increase market share inHunan and Jiangxi province

2.Lead a team with5 sales, revenue target RMB 30‘ in FY17.

3.Lead efforts in developing and executing plans to meet or exceed sales objectives forChangshaoffice

4.Lead growth initiatives and commit to sales revenue and market share increase inChangsha office

5.Lead sales force development, directly acting on all related activities

6.Maintain effective communication with employees and key customers

7.Develop knowledge, skill and competence of sales team for both retailing and project business

8.Monitor and report competitors' activities and recommend sales strategy response

Contacts:1.Internal Contacts: WA BD/ MKT/ PM

2.External Contacts:Distributors, retailers, RED developers

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.>5 years experience in channel business, construction materials or consuming related business is preferred; >2 years people management experience

2.University or college education degree, major in electric or marketing is preferred;

3.Good understanding, analysis and learning ability;

4. Good communication skill; 3.Channel and projects sales experience;

5. Basic English (reading and writing) & PC skill (MS office);

6. Working experience in MNC is preferred.

· Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. .
· Highly self-motivated and directed.
· Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
