Site Engineer

Job description

For our Mobility Division, we are looking for a Site Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring of the installation works for the supplied Equipment in Rail ElectrificationProjects. The Site Engineer can be required to work in various locations on a full basis, dependent on the portfolio requirements of the business.

What are my responsibilities?

· Ensure proper execution of the installation works
· Adapt the design drawings to the on-site conditions and premises.
· Establish and define the required line/track possessions and/or train accesses, to facilitate and allow the execution of the works
· Develop of all functional tests of the installed equipment, according to the defined technical requirement and equipment specifications.
· Management of the warehouses and related materials, and related hand over to the installation subcontractors.
· Responsible for managing the personal safety, and administration of allocated staff and/or contractors and ensure that work is carried in accordance with the applicable EHS System.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electric or Electric-Electronics Engineering
· Previous experience in a similar role would be required, at least 3-4years of project delivery experience, ideally in metro/railwayprojects
· Fluent in English
· Previous experience in relations with warehouse and subcontractors
· Ability to manage within an environment of constant change; influencing and coordinating others
· Demonstrates initiative in problem resolution with effective planning/organizational skills.

· Military service should be completed for male candidates
· No restrictions for travelling
