Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

1. Philos Trust IT interface

1.1 Coordinate Philos Create new customer and opportunity & alignment of with SE

1.2 Coordinate EDI system maintenance (Channel setup and figure booking issue).

1.3 Coordinate BRS Trust IT maintenances (Push CDP, Mature machine, FC etc data update & consolidation).

1.4 Interface of BRS mapping system, responsible for customer verification in system, registration process and BU approval process

2. BTA sales funnel and Country strategy update & data consolidation

2.1 RS Sales funnel data update (monthly)

2.2 RS Country strategy data update (monthly)

3. Promotion activities

3.1 Coordinate regional Promotion activities plan and follow up.

3.2 Interface of BU promotion activities eg: road show, TIA truck etc

4. General Sales/PSS support

4.1 PSS customer business support ( quotation, bidding after-sale service process etc support)

4.2 General interface of regional sales to deal with Region product (FA) issue/request (contact with PM, BD and factory etc)

5. Support BRS manager for her/his “daily tasks”

What do I need to qualify for this job

·  Market or Automation business sense
·  Bachelor or above.
·  2-5 years working experience in manager asistent position
·  Good communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen
·  Good presentation skills
·  Quick learner and with good business sense
·  Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose
·  Good work autitute
