Job description

--Organize and conduct supplier production readiness review (for new product) & IPQC review (for mass production) to evaluate supplier's designing, manufacturing and inspection capability and capacity regularly. Develop and implement supplier's continuous improvement, follow-up action and efficiency;

--Analyze and follow up supplier's quality issue (such as NCM & complains), identify potential risks, coach and support suppliers to develop corrective and preventive actions and monitor the implementation (SSME Internal CAPA owner);

--Technical and engineering support to supplier, ensure SSME technical and quality requirments defined by R&D, SCM,QP are conveyed to, and fulfilled by suppliers with consistency, and provide suppliers' feedback to SSME as well.

--Assist SCM department to assure the timely delivery and handling of returned NCMs on suppliers.
